We will acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days and indicate to
you the timescale in which the problem will be resolved.
If you are not entirely
happy with any purchase from Red Ribbon Gifts, we will be pleased to
refund the purchase price. This is provided the items are returned
to us undamaged, in full working order and in the same packaging in
which it was despatched.
If you need to return an
item, simply print out a
returns
form and enter your details, together with the reference number of
the order from your confirmation e-mail. Return the item to the address
detailed on the returns form and ensure you obtain proof of posting. A
refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account. |
